Shipping Information

  1. Shipping costs are free for deliveries within the Peninsula, Andorra and Portugal. For other countries, check list below.
  2. Delivery times vary according to destination. Standard delivery times for Spain and Portugal are between 1 or 2 working days aproximately. 5 to 7 working days for deliveries within the European Community and 15 to 20 working days outside the European Community. In particular circumstances, it would take a longer time. In any case, we will notify you about any kind of incidental occurrence during the shipment.
  3. All orders are subject to availability. In case of supply difficulties or because product is no longer in stock, we will inform you immediately and will refund any money you might have paid.

Exchange/Return Instructions – Satisfaction guaranteed

  1. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return/exchange the product. In Christmas period, orders made since December 10th may be returned or changed until January 10th, accordance with the general conditions indicated below.
  2. Contact us by email or telephone, informing us about your intention of returning/exchanging the product and indicating order number.
  3. Once you have informed us about your intention to return or exchange a product, TEMERARIO TEAM will manage the whole process. We will pick up the product from the address provided when you made the original order. Please keep a copy of the invoice or delivery note that you receive with the original order. International orders, and shippings from Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded of the picked up procces, so customer will have to manage this process.
  4. The product should be returned in the same conditions as it was sent, un-used in their original packaging, with all accessories and original labelling attached. We do not accept returns of used products.
  5. Once we have received the product in our warehouse we will send the new ítem ( in case of exchange) or refund the money.
